3.B. TECH MECHANICAL, 4YEAR GULF EXPERIENCE
Perform Safety Audits and Inspections. After about 40% completion of any project, carry out injury review for identification of pro-active and corrective measures to prevent accidents.
4.Industry Experience (Oil & Gas)-Shutdown and Maintenance
B.E./B/Tech (Mechanical Engineering and similar) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
NDT, CSWIP with API 510/570 (preferred).
Responsible for all Quality control related activities in the company.
Conduct site inspection activities smoothly and liaison with the client for the smooth flow of work.
Excellent working knowledge of industry practices/safety/quality control systems.
Maintain all QC documentation as per relevant standards including but not limited to ITP, PQR/WPS, PQP, WQR, and all inspection documentation on site/office.
Maintain and conduct WQT and Welder continuity record.
Must have NDT level II and API 510/570 Internal and external inspection activities before and after cleaning of Pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers, columns, Drums.
Pressure test (hydrostatic/Pneumatic) inspection of Shell & Tube Heat exchanger.
Tube plugging and welding inspection as per the client recommendations
Monitoring bolt alignment, Flange integrity & Gasket verification during Box up
Preparation of final inspection reports. Maintain and update all inspection record.

Assist the Site Engineer by providing site support in arrangement of resources Create, maintain, review and administer project schedules and plans.

8- 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR POSITION AT SENIOR LEVEL
Takes a lead in preparing schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations as requested and checks and confirms that the correct scope of work is reflected on assigned schedules.
To lead the team of 8 planning engineers / planners
Responsible for overall planning for Shutdown / Turnarounds
To prepare project / TA level 3 and 4 plans based on scope of work in Primavera P6.
10.The candidate must have at least 3 years diploma of associate engineering (DAE) in instrument & Electronics trade.More than 5 years working experience is required preferably in petrochemical plant, oil refinery, Fertilizer & power plant, (Experience in Gulf will be an added advantage). IN SHUTDOWN-MAINTENCEAble to read P&ID drawing, Instrument symbol, loop drawing, isometric drawing and logic drawing. He must also be familiar with ESD system, and DCS system (yokowaga Honeywell). He should be familiar with HSE practices & fluent in oral and written in English
11B.TECH MECHANICAL WITH 7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN COST CONTROL (SHUTDOWN/ MAINTENANCE)
