Desired candidate profile :

QHSE Officer=MUST be from catering background. Must have experience with ISO 22000. We are mainly looking for a candidate who has worked in food hygiene and quality control.Bachelor’s in hotel mgt/science or related to QHSE.MUST have valid Indian driving license,(SKYPE Interview will be mandatory)

Project Supervisor=MUST be from industrial catering background, must have handled 5 rigs under him, must have the ability to handle pressure, must be okay to work on field mostly,Bachelors in Hotel mgt, science or related to food and beverage.MUST have valid Indian driving license,(SKYPE Interview will be mandatory)

Camp Boss=MUST be from industrial catering background, must have handled 2 rigs under him, must have the ability to handle pressure, must be okay to work off shore,High School or Diploma Holder.Must be able to work under harsh conditions, remote areas, off shore locations and physically fit

Cooks=MUST have experience with South Indian Dishes=High SchoolMust be able to work under harsh conditions, remote areas, off shore locations and physically fit

South Indian Cook=MUST have experience with South Indian DishesHigh SchoolMust be able to work under harsh conditions, remote areas, off shore locations and physically fit

Bakers=Industrial Catering BackgroundHigh School or similarMust be able to work under harsh conditions, remote areas, off shore locations and physically fit
