1..Project Manager- Construction of Storage Tanks / NAO Tank

·         Education: Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering;

·         Experience: Total 20 years, in minimum 10+ years solid experience working in a construction company engaged in the fabrication and construction of bulk storage tanks (fixed roof, floating roof and dome roof types) within the Oil Refilling Industry or Petroleum Storage

·         He should have field experience (solid job site experience). Competent in planning, organizing. Leading and directing work on multiple job sites and client handling

·         Be suitably experienced in carrying out on-site and off-site fabrication and installation work (plate work. stricture work and pipework).

2.Planning Engineer - Tender - Civil Department Oil & Gas - Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering - Minimum 10 years, where 6 years of experience in relevant field.

• Developing detailed project schedules with cost loading and ensure consistency with contract documents (Conditions of Contract, Specifications, Bill of Quantities, Drawings, …)

• Identifying the major milestones, critical approvals and long lead procurement items - Analyzing gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concerns which required action of the associate task member. -• Coordinating with the concerned departments to ensure all the outlined deadlines for project phases (Engineering, Procurement, Production and Installation) will be met as per the project plan. -• Support the decision-making process by providing all necessary information required to highlight any potential problem in advance to start an immediate corrective action. -• Analyzing the overall project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) and Key Performance Indexes (KPI’s) by investigating the schedule. Also forecast possible shortcomings and identify key lessons learned. -• Consolidating all project reports and preparing executive progress reports for management- • Assist the management during the contract changes/claims process by providing the impact evaluation on Schedule Extension of Time (EOT) and cost implications.

3.  Procurement Engineer - BE - Mechanical Engineer

·    Minimum 8 years direct experience in procurement / Purchasing in oil & Gas industry. Experience in both local & international sourcing for maintenance. -Should have EPC & EPIC project experience - Preferred only Qatar experienced candidates - Minimum 5 years working experience in ERP.

4. Safety officer- with NEBOSH certificate 5 to 7year experience Oil & Gas

5. Male Nurse -Site – (Qatar MOPH Certified) -Diploma/Degree in Nursing,

Must have MOPH license ( Ministry of Public Health Qatar) with 3+ years’ experience in hospital/clinic/construction Company etc.- To identify the problem, act quickly by giving immediate and adequate treatment - Keep the emotional balance and deal with injuries that need more attention -Arrange without delay for shifting of casualty to a medical care (Hospital)- Keep the record on patients and of the incident-  To generate periodical reports as needed to the project and to the head office-To keep records of medicine and other facilities utilized -To take care of both site and camp employees’ medical needs.
