Job Descriptions :

We have a client who is a manufacturer of car parts. They are looking for 10 candidates. They are looking for candidates who are willing to join and work on long-term only. This means 3+ year at least but preferably 5+ years. Apart from male candidates they are willing to employ female candidates or couples since their interest is to take care of their lives and for candidates to stay with them on long-term.

English is important for communicating with the facilitator and colleagues.

They need 10 workers, 5 for pressure casting and 5 for mechanical processing. These trades do not exist so they are looking for candidates withing following trades:

- Caster

- Welder

- Metal Turner

- CNC operator

As I mention this specific job position has no trade name. From experience the Client is positive that above mentioned trades are suitable for work at their factory and these trades include skills required for this job position. Regarding Welder they don't limit themselves to specific type of welder. All types of welders are potentially suitable for them.

JD's:

Caster performs the work of making molds and cores from metal, which are used to make various metal objects - castings.

Welder joins the metal parts by different welding processes

Metal turner is a craftsman who uses lathe machines to make elements for machines and tools, such as shafts, spindles, nuts, pistons, valves, screws, rings, coil springs, etc.

CNC operator the processor on numerically controlled machine tools handles classic and numerically controlled machine tools in the production and repair of machine parts and devices.

Salary

Salary for work in 3 shifts = 630 EUR net (in hand). This salary is for 176 hours of work per month. Everything above that is OT.

OT (if they work OT and when they work OT each hour is paid more than regular working hour (176 h). OT is possible and is paid extra.

- Work on Sundays and Holidays = 50% more

- OT during working days (more than 8 hours per day) = 30% more

- Bonus for above average productivity = 15% more

- Bonus for above average quality of work = up to 7% more

- Bonus for successfulness of the Company = up to 3% more

FOOD – 1 meal provided (on working day)

ACCOMMODATION – provided by the client

TRASPORT – provided by the client
