Job Descriptions :
Min 2-4yrs exp in logistics operations/warehouse maintenance/
store management. Must have a chemical industry experience.
IT Skills are mandatory.
Min Degree & must have Good English communication.
Preferable Gulf exp
Desired candidate profile :
Responsible for receipt and delivery of Goods. Ensure the correctness of quality and specification as per purchase order description and specification required.
· Preparation of GRNs, delivery note, gate pass & Transmittal form material receiving report.
· Ensure to coordinate the procurement & delivery plan.
· Encode materials received & delivered.
· File maintenance & monitoring for all outgoing /incoming materials.
· Analyzing the stock variances thoroughly and rechecking the same through proper recounting.
· Supervising people for shifting materials in their exact area or location.
· Responsible for inputting material requisitions in causeway.
· Material receiving and GRN posting to company’s system.
· Material inventory and monitor stocks availability.
· Maintaining a record of quality works which will be used for the future for production references.
· Incharge in coordinating & monitoring materials required.
· Arranged and segregate materials in their corresponding location.
Age Limit 23 to 28 yrs
