Job Descriptions :

1.MEP Project Manager

Project Manager, can handle the MEP project (Govt. Building, Private Villa, residential building etc.) single handed.

QCDD & UPDA certified preferred

Min- 12 years experienced (GCC min-7 years) in MEP contracting Company.

2. Mechanical Technician

1) Basic Knowledge about Mechanical/Electrical/Pneumatic & Hydraulic /Electronics Maintenance.

2) Knowledge of Machine Maintenance Process & methods .

3) Should be able to understand spare parts drawing / Electrical wiring diagrams & keep spare parts consumption record in system.

4) Update Machine Maintenance Documents in Krosy/ERP system.

5) Solve Machine breakdown Maintenance reported by Production. Carry out Machine Preventive /Predictive Maintenance as per plan.

6) Work on continuous improvement activities for machine Breakdown reduction & cost saving activities and Take long term action for Critical/Repetitive Breakdowns.

7) Should have knowledge of Computer/MS office, maintain 5S in responsible area

8) Good analytical thinking & Problem solving skills.
