CNC LASER MACHINE OPERATORS		1700 AED

Job Descriptions :

1. CNC PLASMA & CNC LASER MACHINE OPERATOR – 10 Nos 1700 AED + Food + O.T

The candidate should be capable of operating both CNC plasma and CNC laser cutting machines with 100% AutoCAD integration skills for the plasma and well versed with the machine functioning and its maintenance.. He will also be required to do the machine maintenance on day to day basis The candidate with 8-10 years of hands-on experience would be highly preferred. should have experience of working on 3-4 different CNC plasma cutting machines with hypertherm 400XD power source. 2. CNC AUTOCAD (TECHNICIAN ) 05 Nos Salary Negotiable
He should be experienced enough to program the machine on AutoCAD and PRONESTING software and understand the jobs. Reading of drawings also includes his attributes.. Should also be I.T.I qualified. The candidate should have a AutoCAD performance training/course certificate, which he must produce during the interview.

3. WORKSHOP MAINTENANCE MECHANIC ( Manual ) 05 Nos 1400 AED + Food = O.T

The candidate should be a hardcore workshop maintenance mechanic with an experience of 12-15 years and capable of doing maintenance or repair of various machines such as Jig Boring machine, Power Press, Lathe, Milling Machine, Band saw machine, Shearing machine, shaper machine, pressing and bending machine etc.

4. MILLING / HOBBING / BORING MACHINE OPERATOR ( Manual ) 05 Nos Negotiable
The candidate should be ITI qualified and fully competent in cutting HELICAL, BEVEL AND HELICAL BEVEL GEARS in addition to the other milling machine jobs. He should be able to do compound indexing. In addition should be able to operate other workshop machinery like EDM M/c, Power Lathe, Surface Grinder etc.

5. HEAVY DUTY ACCURATE TURNER / I.T.I. ( Manual ) 08 Nos Salary Negotiable
Should have varied experience. Be capable of doing job / repair work & reading Engineering drawings and fully conversant with MACHINING including Tolerances and Deviations. Should be able to operate Shaper M/c. Slotter and other general workshop machines. I.T.I. Technicians with Prior Gulf experience would be preferred.

6. ELECTROPLATING TECHNICIAN 05 Nos Salary Negotiable
Well experienced & confident technician who can set up the complete unit of electroplating ab-initio. Should be capable of independent setting up of the unit & know all aspects of the plant.
