Job Details

PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Ensure Compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 (FSMS) for
Quality and Food Safety Systems.
• Over all responsibility of all IS machines & efficiency.
• Day to day efficiency to be taken care of with high productivity.
• Making proper communications with Mold shop and ISMaintenance
Dpt. for better & smooth running of all machines.
• Making full operational control on the following:-
- Foreheath
- Feeder
- Mechanism of plunger , tube & other machinery parts.
- Panels of forehearth.
- Computers for IS machines.
- Mould oven
• Responsible for job changes within a limited time frame.
• Responsiable for Spout change / Tube change / Orific ring
change.
• Attend daily production meeting and communicate problems
and corrective action to all concerned.
• Responsiable for day to day administrative work.
• Instructing foremen for a better efficiency on a day-to-day
productivity.

ACL PRINTING OPERATOR

Ensure Compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO 22000(FSMS)
Standards for Quality and Food safety systems.
• He has the responsibility to run the printing machine & resolve
the encountered problem of printing in the shifts.
• He has to make the squeegee rubber for each color required for
his shift.
• Changing the screen in case of damage or leakage.
• Printing should be according to the approved ACL art work.
• Ensure that the enamel consumed must be approved by
customer provided by Decoration & Packing Manager.
• He is suppose to check the printing as per logo every 10
minutes.
• He is suppose to check the height of ACL according to the
approved art work & should check at the time every screen
change.
• He should run the machine with minimum rejection on machine
end as well as on packing end.
• He records the temperature of Decoration Lehr on hourly basis,
If he found any abnormality inform to sift foreman & take
immediate action.

MOULD FITTING OPERATOR

Ensure Compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 (FSMS) for
Quality and food Safety Systems.
• Responsible for checking all equipments for matching profiles,
gaging & polishing requirement.
• Responsible for all repairing work, both before & after job
change.
• Follow strictly the instructions / advices of the superiors.
• Responsible for using all tools effectively.
• Responsible for supply of Mold equipments to Production in the
Shifts without any interruption.
• Communicating with IS-Forming Foreman for their requirement
and supplying mold equipments as per that.
• They should carry out the changes in the mold equipments as
instructed by Foreman.
• Any other Job assigned by Team Leader / Management
